  • You may redeem eVouchers, paper gift certificates, or physical items listed in the official Rewards Catalog (Panelhome APP)

Log in to the Panelhome App/Website (https://www.panelistasph.com/panelist). Enter the required details and confirm your redemption.

  • For eVouchers: You will receive your code via SMS from Instaperx.
  • For physical items / paper GCs: These will be delivered to your registered address following the delivery timelines.

• Electronic vouchers: Delivered via SMS within 24 hours

• Physical items / paper GCs Delivery Turnaround Time (TAT):

Area Delivery TAT
Metro Manila (except CAMANAVA) 7 business days
Provincial (including CAMANAVA) 14 business days

Metro Manila includes: Manila, Las Pinas, Makati, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig
CAMANAVA includes: Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela

    Courier may release the item to:
  • You (the Panelist), or Anyone staying at your registered residential address who can present a valid ID with photo.
  • If delivery must be made to you only, or to a business address, your representative must provide:
    ○ A signed authorization letter
    ○ A copy of your valid ID
  • If you are not available during delivery, you may assign an authorized representative to receive the item. If no one is available, the courier will coordinate with you to arrange another delivery attempt.
  • Courier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times only

You must report the issue to rewards@1isa.com within 10 working days of receiving the item and provide photos/videos as proof.

If reported within 10 working days:

  • We will schedule a pickup of the item.
  • We will inspect it and issue a replacement if confirmed defective.

TAT for replacements:

  • Metro Manila: 9 calendar days
  • Provincial/CAMANAVA: 18 calendar days
(Except for small electronics requiring service center diagnostics.)
After 10 working days, manufacturer warranty rules apply.

Yes. Your authorized representative can redeem/claim on your behalf with:
  • Authorization letter
  • Photocopy of your valid ID
